Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use. Intuitive. Connectivity. Powerful platform. Well thought out design and process. Ability to learn from peers. The customization of objects, framework, and ease of use helps businesses create a strong BCP foundation. The tools and resources it provides allows for quick, out-of-the-box solutions, but also is flexible to provide solutions for other issues (Enterprise Risk, Security Incidents, Emergency Management). Very good tool for managing ITDR Activities. Nice reporting tools. Extremely customizable. Combines a complete toolset in one application. Risk, BC and DR. I love the way Fusion connects things and allows you to see links and identify gaps between things that you just can't see manually. Cons Amount of data capabilities. Options. Powerful platform can be overwhelming. Salesforce platform has a steep learning curve and can be challenging for non-technical teams. Training a bit disappointing since was focused on BC. The tool is in need of a wizard or to guided config which would provide customers with an end to end. Experience. Migration from word docs was a challenge and still in progress building out since the requirements for migration were not understood by the Fusion implementation team. Lack of integration connectors for cmdb only supports Service Now. I'm still getting used to Lightning but I think the salesforce classic view may have been a little easier to navigate.		Pros from Real Users Pros Simple and fun interface so users will engage with risk. Very low cost. Reports are excellent. Control types and other tips to educate users. Easy to deploy. Easy to use. Little training required. Inexpensive compared to almost all other offerings. Perfect for an events catering business like ours. We do a lot of work with European local & central governments and need to evidence we have a risk management process in place as a part of any tender. The system is easy to use, which is essential, as we're not big enough to have our own dedicated resource. Useful templates and tips included to help quickly set things up. I especially liked the drag and drop risk assessment which helped us create our first risk profile within an hour.
