Pros from Real Users Pros It keeps everything simple for our guys when they need to get fuel in the mornings. The guys seem to love it. Simple. Easy to understand and use for users of all ages. Very good customer service. They are quick to respond and help with any challenges. Easy to use. Keeps track of usage and who gets fuel. Dashboard is user friendly. App can be installed on multiple devices. Very simple to setup and use. Keeps our fuel tanks secure and only allows our team with access into the system. The reporting features are great as well! The app is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use! It has really made the transition from visiting fueling stations to having fuel tanks right in our yard a breeze. Our team of over 50 employees couldn't be happier! We have been using FuelCloud for 2 years. I love the ease of setting up the employees and creating my reports. My reports are emailed to me the 2nd day of every month. Could not be more user friendly. Being able to pull up to the pump and activate it without ever getting out and swiping a card is great. Not only is it easier, but it's more secure. You actually physically see a discount right at the pump, there are no service fees for cards, because there are no cards. Tracking of all your different fuels, trucks and employees is a plus. No need to collect receipts, because it's all right on your account and easy to access. Fuel cloud made something we have been doing manually so EASY. 10/10 recommend . This is a no brainer for any outfit with more than 1 work truck. >Information is updated routinely >Reports are useful with the ability to export >Input interface is user-friendly The mobile app is easy to use. When in range, the connection to the CloudBox works great. Gives us peace of mind that we can track who is filling and what is being filled.
