Pros from Real Users Pros In addition to the real-time (AI-powered) fraud detection, there are options for case management and analytics (elastic search). I think it's good that this tool can display all the information for evaluating a case on one page (all information!). It is awesome that a freely definable rule can be created from all possible data points. Great team and easy implementation process. It's really a complete fraud management solution for us. We used to rely on basic rules, but now we have intelligence, reporting and analytics that has cut our fraud rates in half. The case management portal is intuitive and customizable for our needs.
