Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - User friendly platform that is easy to use - Many distinct features that allow to trade like on live account (fees, news, custom indicators, smart analytics and much more) - Low price compared to others - A great deal of timeframes, tools and layouts for the charting. Just maximises the TA exp - Over 20 years of backtesting data I like the possibility of backtesting different assets simultaneously on one window. It really saves time. The interface is close to tradingview, but has more features. So like win win imho Besides the most useful features of other backtesters, ForexTester allows me to test EA for MetaTrader. Cons Idk, didn’t find any big drawbacks with FTO. I feel like they mastered their services at this point, can’t really ask for more considering the price and the functionality they give... Cost might be a problem in the start especially. Their free version is limited… I mean if you still don’t want to engage in trading much, it might be a problem to pay 250 bucks. They could add more the possibility to build trading bot.
