	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Sticky Notes, being able to have multiple windows open for ease of finding information while in a note. Support desk is impressive, very responsive, and always friendly! Support team is very helpful in resolving issues quickly. Continuing to improve features. C2 uses Chrome. Smartchart and Clearscripts. Cons Nothing flows cohesively, many many glitches, No functioning Plan of Care. The forms do not include questions for areas of required information, for example on the discharge summary, there is a lot of required info that is not included and must be memorized by staff to include on the document for compliance. That is one example, we have found MANY! C2 not available offline. At times, I see multiple tickets for visit not in chart and unable to close visit.
