• For our legal advocacy nonprofit, NewOrg is the core of our case management process. Its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and comprehensive platform make it possible for us to use one system to manage both case and donor activity. The highly customizable design allows our team to adapt forms, workflows, and reporting tools to match our changing program needs easily. The system supports efficient case and contact coordination with robust reporting features – all in a secure environment.
• As a nonprofit, we researched a lot of softwares before choosing NewOrg. NewOrg was the only platform we found that met both our budget and our "wish list" features. If we could do it all again, we would choose NewOrg.

• Customer service team is unmatched. They literally solve problems we bring to the meeting, during the meeting. Data matches every time. Reporting is clear. User experience for clients is way better than our previous system, reducing call times and email volume for our staff.
• The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before.
