Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The integration saves a lot of manual work. There's no need to worry about uploading images or updating hours—I just make the changes in the POS, and all my online sites update automatically. Cons Tools like the menu editor had a poorly designed user interface, as if they were meant only for internal use.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When it's up and running it works great, if you get it working don't ever make a change. Beware!!!!! Cons Zero customer support. Impossible to get in touch with them, zero communication. Have a chat line that sits there unanswered, leave voicemails no return calls and emails that get responded to weeks later all while your system is offline or crashing. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating parts of my day, Have 21 more locations opening in 30-45 days that we are looking for another company to deal with.
