Cons There is no good way to submit a ticket within the platform. I typically just send an email to our representative and support team and they automatically create one. Sometimes the customer support service is a little slow form live chat during peak hours, it takes 20-30 minutes to reply but it's not too annoying for us. In all honesty, Followersav does not have many drawbacks. Their performance has continuously exceeded our expectations, and they have effectively addressed our requirements and obstacles. However, if there was one tiny area for improvement, it would be to investigate even more extensive social media industry coverage in our target market. Nonetheless, this is a small inconvenience, and we have been really pleased with their services.
