	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In our company, we constantly have some employees traveling to other countries in order to negotiate with more clients internationally, so using this platform from our company has meant a lot to be able to send payments instantly to other countries. The things that I liked the most about this platform were: 1- The first feature that stands out quite positively is that this platform allows for an immediate currency conversion, for example, if I have my national currency, I can convert it to any international currency and transfer it in seconds to any account located abroad, this function is the most important for us, since when our employees are outside the country, through Wise we can send them money when necessary, this function is impressive. 2- Another feature that I like about this platform is that the payments are completely secure, there is no way in which any type of intruder can access my account and use my funds, in addition, it is important to highlight that this platform has many verification and authentication methods, in this way no one will be able to access my account without me approving each login within it. 3- I also liked that this platform has a bank connection service, this function is also important, since we have been able to correctly connect to the company's bank account, and in this way we have been able to send money to different countries, when our employees travel, I love being able to link my bank account, but I also love linking other payment methods such as PayPal. 4- The system in general behaves excellently, since it allows payments to be made in a matter of seconds by simply entering an email address or a bank account from any country. Transfers are made in a matter of seconds, since it has an almost automated system. However, when you make many transfers at the same time, some of them will remain on hold for some time. TransferWise is the essential platform for completing various online payments and converting currencies with ease. The things I liked about this platform were: 1- The main positive aspect that must be highlighted about this platform is that it has relatively low commissions for international transfers, you can transfer and convert your local currency to any other currency that exists in the world, you can convert the US dollar to the Canadian dollar In a few steps and paying you go to commissions. 2- The platform allows linking debit cards and credit cards, as well as linking international bank accounts to facilitate the conversion process, within this platform the currency conversion process is completely safe, since you only have to press a button to that the transaction is debited from your account and the conversion is made. 3- Another positive aspect is that this platform has no limit on the number of transactions or the amount of money that you can convert into any currency, having the account verified 100% within this platform, you can make the currency conversion whenever you want . 4- the process to verify a new account within this platform is completely simple and takes approximately five minutes, in addition, the platform does not request additional verifications when you link a new debit card or when you link a new bank account, this greatly speeds up the process money deposit and currency conversion. Making payments online and sending money around the world has become a complicated task for some people, Wise is a concrete solution to develop a transfer and send money anywhere in the world in a matter of seconds, its stable rates of change and raise commissions helps you to send money without having to go through a complex protocol, it is a fairly stable platform that has an excellent application for mobile devices, so sending money to any person, colleague or client is already a simple task. There are currently several things that I have liked about this platform since I started using it, these are: 1.- Transfer Wise has a credit or debit card available to all users, you only have to pay approximately seven euros to buy that card and it will arrive at your destination address in a couple of business days. The availability of this card is what makes it incredible for everything that is available in more than 100 countries around the world, this helps you make payments from any location, it also allows you to withdraw money from any ATM around the world, it is It is incredible to have this card, and I recommend it for all types of users, it will greatly facilitate the payments you make anywhere. Also, you can link this card to Google Pay or Apple. 2.- I loved how low the commissions are within this international payment platform. In addition, to deposit the money within it you have several options available, you can link your bank account and make a direct deposit, you can use your credit card or you can make an online payment through another payment processor. One of the highest commissions currently is depositing with a credit card, since it is close to 1% commission for each transaction. However, the exchange rates of these platforms are quite stable which will help you to make a pretty good currency exchange. 3.- This platform is quite fluid when it comes to making and receiving all kinds of payments, I have noticed that I have sent money to my colleagues and family in just a couple of minutes, and the money does not arrive immediately. However, it is important to note that on some occasions when the system detects that you have made many payments simultaneously, you will have to wait one to two business days for this to be processed, because it detects it as suspicious activity and places a time of business days for them to be processed correctly. 4.- I love the way I can use this payment processor without having to use a monthly or annual subscription, the only thing I have to pay here are the commissions when I go to deposit the money and when I go to send money to a relative or acquaintance. Not having to pay any type of subscription helps me to save money in my Transfer Wise account without any problem, in addition, I have a large number of currencies available to me to store in my account, I can convert between those coins and leave the money stored there without paying any type of commission. It is fairly simple and fast to transfer money. As far as I can understand for each currency you kind of have a virtual bank account at the country of the currency. You can make a record of the parties you send money and it's easier to send regular or frequent payments as such. The support team of this platform has taken approximately 48 hours to validate my documents, which seems to me to be a rather exaggerated time and this would be quite negative for those people who are looking to use an online payment platform, and do not want to wait so long for verification. 2- Another thing I didn't like about this platform is regarding the support team. On several occasions I have had several concerns about how to use the platform correctly or about a payment being withheld. However, the support team has taken a long time to give me a concrete response to my request. I consider that the software is generally quite good, however, it is essential that they improve the customer support system, since it takes a long time to give a concrete response to each problem. The negative things that this platform has are: 1- The support of this platform takes a long time to answer new requirements, therefore, if there is a delay in any international transfer, you will have to contact by creating a new ticket, and you must wait more than 48 hours for this problem to be solved, really I do not recommend using the user support service at all, they take a long time to respond. 2- Another negative aspect is that this platform has problems when you make many transfers to the same account at the same time, for example, if you make more than three transfers at the same time for the same account, the referrals will take much longer, since on the platform, it verifies each of the references manually, and when it detects that you have done it at the same time, this greatly delays the process of international transfers. The main problem that was not close to Wise is regarding the two step security, in noticed that when the security of the steps is not available, you can access the account using a code from your email, this has turned out to be a problem for me since on several occasions they have tried to hack my account. Previously, I have activated two-step security, but criminals have entered my Transfer Wise account by obtaining a code from my email which they had, which was a serious problem and a waste of money from what I had stored there. To counteract this, I would like the two-step security to be improved exponentially, to prevent all kinds of theft or loss of money and necessary. However, I must emphasize that this negative experience in October has not made me stop using this payment processor, I am satisfied with it and will continue to use it, I only hope that they improve security. Another negative thing about this payment processor is that there is no way to deposit money with a gift card or prepaid card, this has turned out to be a problem because sometimes I have some gift cards and I I would like to deposit that money into my Transfer Waze account for much freer use, it would be great to add this feature to allow for more deposits overall. There are limits for individual accounts but better for business accounts. Fees are some times high. There are rules and limits you need to understand. There is no savings or investment accounts.
