Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easily track assets with the web interface. I also use their native iOS application for quickly scanning items in and out. - Custom code opens up the possibility to have the software fit your business instead of the other way around. - Desktop and Mobile Versions - Great support - Flexibly designed I really like how customizable everything about the software is, from the reports that are generated, the tickets/labels printed, to the windows and labels within the software itself. Everything can be customized to say or do what you want. The support team is great as well, they are on it as soon as you need something! Works great for all companies that need to control inventory. min/max, replenish thresholds, etc... the works. Flowtrac really is fully customizable, every feature that I have needed in order to have an accurate count and reporting for the State and other entities has been done. Cons Lots of customization available I can feel overwhelming during the set up. - Pricing is a little high and all the custom code costs can add up. Sometimes the customizing is a little bit much. The report developer tool is not very user friendly. The scanner is a bit slow and cumbersome, but that might be me, I prefer to print a list and check it off as I go. I didn't find it sooner! Like I said, wish I found it sooner. It can be scary switching to a new system not knowing what is to come, and for reports and will this product work.
