Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Facilitates facilitates teamwork, efficiently and remotely, it has all the tools to optimize business processes. It is a powerful tool, very easy to use, very easy to model processes, is so easy to use that in a few months everyone consider us as an experts. As an administrator not expert in BPM's we are pleased with Flokzu and with the help desk support. - Full Web Workflow engine - Very intuitive and user-fiendly - Robust graphical tool for designing workflows - Powerful form builder tool - Very complete reports - Strong capabilities to interoperate with external applications - Highly configurable The process templates: they allowed me to take a pre-defined business opportunity process, adapt it to our particular needs and get it up and running in a couple of hours. The public forms functionality, which allows us to have customers initiate quote requests from the website. Easy to use, great design, and UX. It is simple to connect with other applications as well. What I like the most is the infinite possibilities in the workflow, and using BPMN 2.0 Cons I didn't find any cons to Flokzu, its so simple to use and the tools are so powerful. We did not find any cons, we are in love with Flokzu.. - Look and feel should be improved -Tracking of public forms should be enhanced The public forms functionality, which allows us to have customers initiate quote requests from the website. My company has a lot of processes, and I would like to be able to add folders per processes sections.
