  • Robust integrations with many other cloud-based software packages Great API Feature-packed Can handle high volumes Great customer support

Cons

  • Custom reporting not as easy as I would like it to be.
  • Initially, it was difficult to work out the correct workflows, but once I got it going, it was easy.
