Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customer service is usually prompt and available. Broad API coverage (fundamentals, market data, news endpoints) REST endpoints appear to work reliably Pricing is competitive compared to some larger data providers Documentation is fairly extensive Cons The rest. This is easily the worst option among all the major providers. Feeds are extremely delayed, prices are only sometimes accurate. And they delete any criticisms on Github to try to salvage their awful reputation. WebSocket news feed does not deliver real-time data (only historical items) Unclear documentation about which subscriptions include real-time WebSocket news No response from support after multiple weeks Lack of transparency about entitlements and feature access Not suitable (in my experience) for real-time, production-grade news-driven systems
