Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is nice to quickly log into my Fidelity app and see how my money is either growing or decreasing. I also feel like the platform is very secure and my information won't get leaked out. I chose Fidelity to be where I have retirement account and it has truly been such a great decision! Their support team is incredible, they really care about their customers. I have a 401k account for my wife with Fidelity and it is amazing! The research data provided is amazing and the app is really easy to use. The no fee stock transaction is a plus! Cons A lot of the features look and feel old fashioned. There really isn't an easy way to find your information, you just have to be willing to take time to click on lots of different links. Sometimes they can spam your email with to many updates or options, but i keep the notifications on incase something goes on with my account. The only thing I don’t like about Fidelity is that they do not let you purchase any stock with share price lower than $1. It is s little bit annoying, but Fidelity is for not for amateurs, so I get it.
