Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The product database is big and has items from lots of different suppliers, which suits our wide assortment. Customers can design and preview their product themselves and we get a print-ready file back, so we hardly need to talk to customers or suppliers about files anymore. Automation saved us a lot of template work and we get fewer complaints. The team is easy to work with too. The team responds incredibly fast and is personal and ambitious. They also give useful advice: they suggested loading the editor in an iframe instead of a redirect, and they're working on a smoother mobile flow. When our pages loaded slowly, they cut load time from about 7 seconds to 0.5 seconds within one day. Our customers can design their logo on products online, which is the core of our promotional products marketplace. We use it for the webshops of many distributors; it is a perfect and easy solution to create printready artwork. Both end customers and the distributors themselves can easily add their logo and fully personalise the product. This simplifies and speeds up the process from the customer placing an order to the supplier delivering the goods. FastEditor makes it easy for customers to upload their logo, create a product visual, and enhance or vectorize their artwork to ensure it is suitable for printing. FastEditor is a user-friendly tool that makes creating artwork and digital proofs much faster and easier. It allows us to quickly place customer logos on products and generate professional previews. The automation saves our team valuable time, reduces manual work and helps us process customer requests more efficiently. Cons I’d love to see more product types than just merchandise and clothing, for example paper products. The integration also wasn’t plug-and-play: it was custom, as we had to link our product info. Makes sense, because we have a very extensive assortment with lots of different SKUs. It's not yet possible to create a product in FastEditor ourselves from arbitrary photos. Being able to upload our own product images and turn them into customizable products would be a great addition for us. No Cons. I would like to see the tool expanded to include more promotional product suppliers. Not all products we sell are currently available in FastEditor. This means we sometimes still need to create artwork and digital proofs manually. Expanding the product catalogue would make the tool even more useful for our daily operations.
