About
SaleLedger is Windows software for auction houses and estate-sale companies that reconcile consignor trust accounts. It compares auction settlement exports, QuickBooks payout exports and trust-account bank statements in a three-way reconciliation of adjusted bank balance, trust control balance and consignor subledger total. It identifies unmatched deposits, payout mismatches, unexplained transfers, bank fees and stale consignor funds for user review, and produces reconciliation reports and a check register with local period history. Consignor and bank records are processed on the user's computer. A 30-day free trial is available with no charge during the trial; the subscription is $129 per month afterward.
