Pros from Real Users Pros It was really easy to setup, the team was very responsive and we are able to have a custom API integration with little effort. I have only been using Extole for almost a year after being transferred and I worked with two amazing CSMs who have been helping me navigate around and share insights regarding our program. They are very responsive and really helpful even on short notice/ urgent changes! Straightforward integration; developer-friendly options; flexible customization; excellent technical support. Great guidance and support from onboarding through program optimizations. Customizable programs and capabilities. Extole provides amazing services to our brand, diligently and proactively making recommendations and working to provide the ultimate experience for Refer a Friend for our websites. Extole had our refer-a-friend program set up in just a few days. Their customer service and tech team are first-class. We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test ideas to make sure we are going with the best option. Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete. Extole is such an easy way to enhance our customer engagement and increase site traffic. We've participated in their refer-a-friend program for years and they are always quick to point out ways to tweak and augment what is already a great offering. -Proactive in offering solutions -Helps with a lot of the heavy lifting, where possible of course. -Flexible team with flexible solutions. I have always enjoyed working with Extole on launching new programs and maintaining them. They are great at being responsive, as well as making it as streamlined as possible to bring campaigns to launch. The tool is extremely user-friendly and is easy to familiarize yourself with. Similarly, the program is reliable and more or less runs itself - you don't have to be constantly hands on with it from a day-to-day perspective.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - The ease of creating challenges and approving content - SocialLadder has recently added several new challenges including conversion / milestone related ones that we've seen success with. - My account representative has been wonderful and attentive! Lots of options of how you can run your program thanks to a system with a lot to offer and support team that will help your program grow! SocialLadder was the perfect solution to help our company expand our Brand Ambassador program. We were doing all communication, contracts, and reviews manually and SocialLadder let us be able to do all of this in one place. This makes it very easy to keep track of everything being produced and all of the campaigns we have available. They also have a way to organize all Ambassadors and Campaigns based off a tagging system which helped us refine the system. We have even started implementing SocialLadder for an internal employee program! One thing that I love about SocialLadder is that it offers creators tools to enhance their work within our app. They can get content ideas through challenges on SocialLadder, win points by completing said challenges and eventually turn those points into cash. This not only incentivizes them to interact with the platform more, but also to perform certain behaviors on our app which is a total win win! It's the best platform for ambassadors to feel a gamified experience within the brand experience! Most platforms are only for finding new ambassadors, but this place has it ALL... truly. Cons - A lack of community communication amongst the ambassadors - The payout process for ambassadors is not ideal. We've experienced several issues with it. On occasion the system can be a little bit slow, that's my only complaint! Reporting could use a little bit of help in being able to pull all social stats into one report that is easy to export and digest. And this can be said about how we customize the ambassadors and what they produce for us, along with the stats tied along with it. We have also run into a handful of minor bugs and set-up issues that make payouts a bit complicated. Implementing a new software will always come with a learning curve and there have been some users who have had trouble logging into Social Ladder but our Account Manager, Meredith, and the support team have been a huge help in addressing this. Nothing I don't like, it has been the best thing for our brand.
