• I have been using this proposal automation software for a few years now and really appreciate the efficiencies gained in the often cumbersome complex proposal process. The major selling point of this software is that it is integrated into Microsoft Office, so if you even have a basic knowledge of Word, you will be off and running with it. I compared this software to other proposal automation tools when exploring options and our firm went with this program as we found it far less clunky to navigate then other options. And the other options did not handle graphics particularly well due to them not being integrated into Microsoft Office. The support at Expedience is also top notch! Every time I have an issue it is promptly resolved and we are not charged additional fees for them to help fix minor bugs.
• It is all fairly simple and works off the MS Word platform. All info is also under our control and is not kept on outside server/cloud.

• Expedience has been a tremendous asset to our team. Because it works directly within Microsoft Word, we can keep our existing workflows without learning a new interface. Hosting it on our own location gives us peace of mind, knowing we’re not dependent on outside companies’ security policies or outages.
