Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I purchased one ExpanDrive license after I saw this post, because I need a consistent solution for mounting OneDrive as a fuse drive. Objectively speaking, the product does not work. It basically shuts down with no message after a couple minutes. Support basically ghosted me after they got my money and never responded to my enquiries. The product was great -- for the duration of the trial. It's hard to come up with Pros for something that just doesn't work. The demo worked so I suppose that was good. Initially the purchased application connected to my organization's Sharepoint. Looks great upon first use as it comes with an amazing large collection of integrations are possible. Cons I purchased one ExpanDrive license after I saw this post, because I need a consistent solution for mounting OneDrive as a fuse drive. Objectively speaking, the product does not work. It basically shuts down with no message after a couple minutes. Support basically ghosted me after they got my money and never responded to my enquiries. Nonexistent customer support. Service that is useless. Ultimately, it stopped working. The program reported an error fetching updates. I wrote to support and they apologized saying they had changed the key and would help me get the new key; but almost a month has gone by and I never heard from them again, despite a few email reminders. I can no longer write files to Sharepoint using ExpanDrive, so it's worthless. I finally quit the program and then it left some process (exfs) using 100% of my CPU so I had to manually kill that. The company provide near zero technical support. If they don't like your question they just won't respond to you at all. It's shocking how dire their support is. The software is buggy as well, I've used it with various integrations and every time had issues, hence trying to reach out to them. Uploaded file disappearing and after download request you getting an error message like "Whoops, looks like something went wrong". Initially I was happy with the 4 tb for a great price but - NOW I CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING I had uploaded None. There are no positive attributes for this company. Please everyone stay away and don't have your money stolen. None. This isn't a real service. It's a fake storage client. Can't wait for authorities to catch up with them. As long as the function was given i liked the easy handling per website, i liked the pricing, but it was too cheap to be true. Cons Doesn't work at all. Uploaded file disappearing and after download request you getting an error message like "Whoops, looks like something went wrong". Customer Service will not even help or even reply I have reached out numerous times and even replied to their attempts to "offer more storage" at discounted prices, but no one will answer or explain why my files cannot be accessed in any manner. All I can see is the tile showing the folder or file icon and multiple attempts to download my files over the past couple of years has been futile. I was able to add two files while I was trying to see what the issues were as I thought maybe newer files would work like it should, but even these were not able to be downloaded or viewed. They are stealing people's money but offering accounts that do not work. I purchased a lifetime plan and it does not work. Their support has not answered after many emails. If I could rate this company/service zero I would. There needs to be legal action against this enterprise. This is financial cyber fraud. Thunderdrive.io doesn't really exist. Bought a lifetime subscription in 2020. Since several months my stored files are not accessible. Not at all. They seem to be there but they are not downloadable or viewable. Nothing. Upload is very slow. There is no versioning. There is no app for sync or something similar, just the website. There is no support, just a bot. There is no owners record, no responsible person, no phone number.
