	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Works within CRM to provide an effective signup solution. Reasonably priced and allows for acceptable bulk sendouts. It can literally do any Sharepoint automation we need with a gui and the ability to write scripts using JavaScript. It also can automate the sending of emails and create reports from the gathered Sharepoint data. Cons Customization of email that gets sent out desired. Could use more diversity in options, including multi signer being more intuitive. Pricy for a single user. I suggest if you are going to use this you should be a large company who can make full use of the subscription cost in all your automation needs and not just one of the five possible that we use since the ROI was not great in our use case. And it is an ongoing cost for automation when needs to be offset by a time savings somewhere.
