Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Their product works well. Anytime I have had to contact Exact Payments Support, I have had a very fast and personable reply. I have never had a bad experience with them. I like using Exact Payments system to process my credit cards. I'm impressed with the speed of processing authorizations, accuracy of banking deposits & customer support. Definitely satisfied to have Exact as my credit card processor. Anna answered the call right away when I called and helped me when I was locked out of the system after an update. After a follow up email I was back in the system and back to work. I would like to thank Richard, and the staff at Exact Payments. I have been dealing with your company for several years now, but I would like to make others aware of what a pleasure it is to do business with you. There has never been a time that I have contacted you, that you have not responded with professionalism, friendliness and accommodation. You have even answered the phone on a Saturday to help me get in to my account. I thank you for being a business I appreciate dealing with. I like the ability to see the reports - transactions in real time. I also like to be able to issue credits if there was an issue. Fast and reliable transaction processing. Timely and knowledgeable support. Easy integration. Cons I do not currently have any complaints about Exact Payments. Really kind find anything negative about using this service. There were no cons with this, the issues was dealt with right away None at all. They have never disappointed me with their service to me as a customer. Nothing specific comes to mind but keeping up with technology needs to be a priority.
