However, Evocon team was able to implement a successful product on over 100 major pieces of equipment in a very short timeline. The team gave us superior support, and even weekly calls. Fantastic product, great leaders. Highly recommend. 1. Quick installation 2. User-friendly interface for both - production floor users and admins 3. Reports within few clicks - great visualization 4. Full transparency in production - no more "hidden factory"		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use and state of art UI - great API and connectivity! Easy to implement and compatible with most business processes. Optical makeup. Technical implementation. Customizability by the user. Support of my management task. Support by the company ValueStreamer. Introduction of the software was done with the support of a coach for leadership topics from ValueStreamer. Easy to set up and customize, easy to reflect our way of working in it. Browser based - easy. Enables shop floor management / lean leadership in digital workspaces. Supports communication instead of trying to replace it. Allows meetings to become really efficient and short, but also effective, helps with deviation management and problem solving. Cons It’s not easy to compare dSFM Systems because there are only some systems available that deliver such width of use cases. Actually, I do not miss anything. But I would recommend a video function as a feature. It's not only a software tool, one has to lead actively with it, then it's really powerful.
