Pros from Real Users Pros Evocon product is phenomenal. We were hesitant to use this product because we it was a popular brand and the price appeared to be too good. However, Evocon team was able to implement a successful product on over 100 major pieces of equipment in a very short timeline. The team gave us superior support, and even weekly calls. Fantastic product, great leaders. Highly recommend. 1. Quick installation 2. User-friendly interface for both - production floor users and admins 3. Reports within few clicks - great visualization 4. Full transparency in production - no more "hidden factory"		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Too many to list seriously... As the article mentioned, real time tracking. You are able to get in front of issues before they become serious. In the past we weren't able to review data until the next day. They have a chat feature on the application so all workers are able to communicate back and forth, from the processing side to the finished product side. Paperless quality checks!! Everything is done on an iPad that stays in the area with the worker. It has made my work life so much easier. The support team is very responsive and actually helpful. Oh Redzone does most of the items this article did not have checked. They have a bench marking system, it tracks real time losses (downtime) refreshes every 60 seconds. You can see what the OEE is for the week, day, line, machine center, shift, & run. They even have a knowledge base system built into the program for any questions you might have during your shift. Cons I feel like some items need to be added or improved. However they usually have 3-4 updates a year adding things that are needed. No Maintenance program yet, they are beta testing though. The system is engineered around sensor counts mainly, in a processing or a bulk area all counts would have to be put in manually for productivity.
