Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great platform, lots of features that are just perfect for hosting virtual events like ticketing, marketing, badge printing and more just really takes care of everything you need to host virtual and even onsite events. It's really easy and simple to use this application can be easily set up and used. The connection and quality of the call and the virtual meeting are excellent. The best thing about RingCentral Events is, it gives High-Definition video quality in meetings irrespective of how many participants are there in the meeting at a given time. Love the RingCentral Events platform and how it's so interactive. It really simulates an in person gathering which is nice. Hopin has diverse and digital strategies for managing events. Hopin supports online videos and calls, all that supports events. It accommodates huge participants, and its saves on costs. Cons There’s not much not to like at all, while the growth pricing is nice I do think it’s quite expensive, but you can still host events for free. The application is not much use by many people it's really uncommon. Not much popular, so sometimes it gets hard to get people on board for a meeting. It's another system to download, and it's not totally intuitive at first. Hopin is a program that requires extensive internet connection, and some people may be suffering with this. Only challenge which makes some people struggle.
