Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are a small non-profit who does professional development for Out-of-School Time staff (afterschool, youth programs, summer camp etc.). Due to the nature of our industry we have many layers of data needed to be captured during event registration. Event Titans (ET) has been a great platform for us, so much so in our 2nd year we did a multi year renewal. ET has been really good about listening to our feedback and helping meet our needs. They are very quick to respond and it is easy to get ahold of who ever you need to when ever you need to. No need to call a general call center for help. We have used 2 other platforms in the past, one was OK, one was really bad. Then we found ET. I highly recommend this platform. Event Titans offers all of the important features we need to get attendees, presenters, and exhibitors registered. The team at ET is so helpful. We are grateful to have found this software after an exhaustive search The value for money and unrelenting how-to and technical support were superior and critical to our virtual event's success. Along with managing the current event it is also required to get the best out of the ongoing event to utilize it in the next event. That’s what EventTitans did for us! With its inbuilt CRM and data analysis feature, the platform recorded all the attendees’ details and their activities during the event. This huge data is now being preserved as a starter to plan for the next event, where we don’t need to market our brand to our existing attendees, rather we can reach out to them directly. Also, with this we now know what exactly are our attendees looking for in our events and we customize the events accordingly. At first glance, ET tracks the client journey from invitation through participation and payment, thereafter accepts, tracks, and reports on transactions made, has flexible and attractive event design features, offers standard and highly customizable reporting and finally gives ways to communicate effectively with some of the invited, attended, or cancelled event pools. This makes ET an all-rounder when it comes to the holistic duties of a virtual and hybrid platform such as this. Cons They don't have a user manual, and only have some video tutorials. It does take a little while to learn the program. But they are quick to respond to your questions and easy to contact. It is not well suited for attendees who use a purchase order, but we have addressed the issue. It would also be helpful for large groups to be able to upload their attendees from a spreadsheet. But the features that we find do not fit our needs are always rapidly attended to. With their constant upgrades and enhancements, it would be great if their documentation can keep pace. With this CRM feature, we can pull out a huge amount of data that becomes a bit overwhelming which contains contact details of each and every attendees and the recording of their activities, clicks, etc. But, it is the most important data that we can’t ignore too. Hence, we liked the entire platform with trending tools and needed software. One little feedback we would like to give is that it is difficult to track email addresses of people who have chosen to opt-out versus emails that have bounced and been automatically marked as opted-out. It would be great if ET looked into this. Apart from that, the experience at ET was near-perfect and we would give them high praise.		Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.
