Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Links feature to files, documents, websites and other programmes is brilliant and unmatched with any other all-in-one clients I've seen. The notes management is simply excellent, well thought out and handy. Tasks are great and drag-drop to calendar. - better than many! Additional features like the post-it notes and password features and duplicates removal are all great bonuses. Cons The email interface is very dull and cluttered and having to resize all the dimensions of the UI after a while is irritating. Printing options are very poor and badly executed. Syncing between android and windows apps is pretty tedious and requires several attempts (although at least it does have this feature unlike many). When it works it is good though. No real PKM strong features nor ADHD friendly features.		Pros from Real Users Pros All tools in one place — Mail, Drive, VPN, Calendar — make work simple and efficient. Seamless sync across devices keeps everything smooth and effortless, with flexible plans for any need. Trustworthy service from Switzerland. So its Europe. proton meets all legal requirements, so it is perfect for business. Availability is very good. I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version.
