Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros N/A. Timely support and easy-to-manage solution. The software has plenty of features to help distributors build their network and make sales like sales enablement tools, a distributor training system, and an efficient distributor engagement module. Easy to use with customizable features and 24*7 supportive team. The company has made it easy to find a plan and develop one according to our requirements. They have many add-on features, so we were sure to find something that suits us. Cons Update: A script has been installed on a server of ours after 5 years now. 5 Years ago they told gine not to rip us off with 250 dollars a month. The script does not work to 80% and questions about how we get to the frontend content have not been answered so far. We have paid that the entire content should be changed via the back office. This one does not seem to have been made, which is another SCAM of the company. An employee living in the USA blackmails and tells us that we should buy a monthly SUPPORT ticket in the 5-digit dollar range. Only then would we be helped. The same employee who has a criminal record in the rest is in the USA and who communicated in various chats in writing the script would be UpToDate. The registration process was a bit complex but once we told them our concerns they were quick to simplify it with an easier-to-navigate interface. Being in a different timezone could sometimes be trouble. However, the team is very supportive and tries to manage it well in different time zones too. The price details are not mentioned anywhere when analysing their website.		Pros from Real Users Pros A robust user interface, pretty straightforward. Setup within a month. Payment integration, and a lot of options we're planning to use in future. Wordpress + WooCommerce integration via their plugin. RestAPI for custom integrations. Great assistance from their engineering team. Robust genealogy management, nice-looking and adjustable back offices, all the commission can be calculated instantly when a purchase confirmed on the online shop. - pricing is super affordable comparing to other software of THIS level (of course there is always a cheap alternative but most of them just a crap) - high-end network analytics: we're able to get whatever network data we need, including retention, effectiveness of promos, et cetera 1. integration of the platform with our custom CMS (actually it can be integrated with anything :) 2. commission calculation according to our custom compensation plan I like the options available. I like the ease of access. I like the professionalism of the Sales and support teams. I like the advantages the software platform provides to our enterprise. I like the pricing. System flexibility, easy usage, perfect customer support, unbeatable price-performance-ratio, all-inclusive solution. We liked the easy APIs and their user interface. It is easy to use and easy to integrate with our other systems. Their installation team has been extremely flexible. The software integrated with our system very easily via API allowing a seamless flow of data to allow our distributors to keep up to date with their daily business activities. The option to customize the online office is a fantastic addition. It's very easy to use. We got what we need: our hybrid compensation plan with multi-currency which is important because we operate in 3 countries at the moment. Everything works fine and we got helpdesk support over email and phone when we need it.
