Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros was cheap before they recently raised their prices. Can send secure emails to outside the organization with secure links to files Several billings with reasonable cost. Can choose various order service with different service options. Reasonable cost. Works well. Secure email server. Have had this service for over a dozen years. Enguard's customer support is really quite fast. The service performs it's job well. We primarily used it to allow employees to send encrypted emails and large file attachments. These services worked fine. At one time, users were able to email the company for customer support. And our tech support team was able to integrate their software easily into our websites. Cons technical support is not open. Even when it is open, they do not answer the phone and say all their reps are busy. Suggested to someone need regular secure systems for email and other domains. I don’t have any negative things to say about this. When moving away from Enguard, we found that the Control Panel does not allow an administrator to bulk-delete accounts. I submitted a ticket asking that accounts be deleted and was denied. I called and requested and was denied. I called and requested that it be escalated to a manager. Denied. Every request was denied because Enguard did not want the liability of deleting accounts. That's hard to understand, because I made the request in writing. I even suggested that I could send in documentation on company letterhead with an executive signature. Still denied. Why is this important? Enguard's control only allows you to delete users one-at-a-time. You have to click on the user and wait for the user's page to load. Click delete. Click "Ok" to delete. Wait for the delete and the load back to the accounts screen. Considering this was going take 15 seconds per user it would take us 4 hours to delete users at 100% efficiency. I let them know that I would be posting feedback accordingly here and that I would suggest that they discuss my request with an owner. My request was again denied. Later that day I received an e-mail back from support stating that they would actually fulfill my request with written consent releasing Enguard from liability for such an act. Unfortunately, I was already finished when I read the email. Enguard was unable to delete 870 accounts. As you can see from their website, they no longer offer email support. This is not only ironic, but seriously slows down communication. In the short time they've been in business they've changed their company name three times. (Yes, three!) Each time required new servers to be integrated into our websites (time/money). Pros from Real Users Pros We prioritize reliable, scalable solutions for our clients - and the PowerDMARC Partner Portal checks all the boxes. The portal is user-friendly, making it easy to manage multiple client accounts, generate reports, and monitor DMARC compliance in real time. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly treats us like partners. PowerDMARC offers a user-friendly dashboard that makes email authentication easy to manage, even for those without deep technical expertise. The platform supports DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT in one place, which helps streamline security efforts. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, especially during the onboarding and configuration process. The onboarding of us as an MSP/reseller and the onboarding of our first managed domains has been superb. If only all vendors had a partner onboarding programme like PowerDMARC, it would make our lives so much easier! PowerDMARC has been a key solution for our company. The platform is very intuitive and allowed us to implement and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other protocols without complications. It provides us with clear, visual reports, real-time alerts for any phishing attempts, and best of all, it integrates everything in one place. We easily met Gmail and Outlook requirements and were also able to display our logo with BIMI, which strengthened our brand image. Support has been fast and efficient, and since we manage multiple domains, centralized management has been a huge plus. Both from a technical feature perspective and management as a solid multi-tenant/MSP architecture, PowerDMARC checked all our boxes. Easy email security all in one interface. Nice tools to show clients how their current IT provider is failing them. Friendly staff.
