About
TrainConfirm is a browser-based service for delivering training videos and recording staff completion. Administrators upload a video, add recipients individually or by CSV, and send each person a one-time email link. The viewer's name and date appear as a watermark during playback; seeking and playback-speed controls are disabled, and the acknowledgement form unlocks when the video ends. Recipients confirm by entering their full name without creating an account or installing software. TrainConfirm records the name, date, time, and IP address, then expires the link. Administrators can review completion by person and video and export records as CSV. Emails can use the organization's name and logo. The service is designed for distributing an organization's own videos, rather than providing a course library or course-authoring tools.
