About
Menaela is an AI-first practice management system built for solo practitioners and small clinics. Instead of adding a chatbot to a separate PMS, Menaela combines the underlying clinic system with a conversational practice manager. Staff can find patients, check availability, book or move appointments, work with leads, review clinic information and complete permitted operational tasks through the UI, chat or voice. Patient communications can use the same provider, service, pricing and scheduling context, while AI Scribe turns recorded consultations into editable draft medical notes for clinician review and signing. Permissions, clinic rules and authoritative data remain in the application rather than in the model, so AI can interpret intent without becoming the source of truth.
