	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Support was excellent, despite our different time-zones (we being on the opposite side of the world in Sydney, Australia) . Thanks very much to Steve and Pat. The product works very reliably, handling between 5-10K requests per month. Cons Had some minor problem with initial billing setting up with our accounts department, but has been easily resolved.
