Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Probably the most knowledgeable processor in the business. Amazing customer service, easy set up. The team integrated into my shopping cart for me I did not have to lift a finger. Also... Much better rates than my previous processor (Stripe) and i can get ahold of them whenever I want. Cons No real cons, smooth sailing. I think it is important to say that these are actual merchant accounts. So your account is much more stable and won't get shut down. The downside here is that they take a couple days to set up.
