About
EZ Arms Keeper is a simple and intuitive software application service that replaces the need for a physical bound book. EZ Arms Keeper satisfies the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (AFT) records required for firearms licensees ruling 2016-1, and 2016-2 requirements for licensed manufactures dealers and importers. EZ Arms Keeper makes handling Acquisitions and Dispositions quick and easy by automating many of the time-consuming tasks that are required of physical bound book users. EZ Arms Keeper integrates seamlessly with the ATF’s FFLeZCheck Federal Firearms License Search and FBI NICS E-Check. EZ Arms Keeper takes the complexity out of 4473 and 3310.4 forms by providing an electronic version that validates the data entered. EZ Arms Keeper offers backup / searching / and reporting features allowing you and your staff to spend less of their time on paperwork and more time on your business.

About
FFL Command Center is locally installed Windows software for U.S. firearms dealers, with an electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book for 27 CFR Part 478 recordkeeping and digital Form 4473 workflows. Its buyer kiosk supports English and Spanish; a completed 4473 can create the related bound-book disposition. For background checks, it opens FBI NICS E-Check or a state portal for the dealer to submit the check and log results and NTN. It also offers split-payment POS, layaway, transfer fees, inventory, barcode labels, and a dealer website with live inventory and transfer requests. It imports records, including from FFL Boss, and prepares NFA eForms packets. Core bound-book, 4473, inventory and POS functions run offline, with records stored on the dealer's Windows 10/11 PC. A separate Bound Book Edition offers records and 4473 tools without the full retail suite; the full system is available monthly or as a one-time lifetime license.
