Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Workflow is realistic, the process & design are really too good. This product is really works very well with offset and flexo in a ease. Especially integration with Insoft and JDF with ESKO will bring the complete tool for any print industry dealing with flexo and offset. Cons It would be great if they have integrated with BI tools for reporting.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros OnPrintShop's easy integration, robust support, and flexibility enabled a smooth transition to B2C, driving significant growth in online orders. The platform's seamless connection with our existing systems minimized additional costs while enhancing overall efficiency in order management and product offerings. OnPrintShop has greatly improved our workflow with centralized order management, automation of print ticketing, and smoother integration with third-party tools. It has reduced manual effort, cut turnaround times, and helped us scale our business more efficiently. The most impressive aspect of OnPrintShop is its seamless integration of online order placement, job processing, and internal communication. The user-friendly interface made it easy for both our team and customers to navigate. Excellent way for print service providers like digital print shops, commercial printers, and printers of photo books to grow their businesses online. They feature an online designer studio that offers an entire end-to-end solution with print order management. Cons The process of adapting to the new retail-focused features was challenging at first, and while the platform offers a lot of customization options, it took some time to fully optimize it for our specific needs. More customization options for storefront design and reporting features would be helpful. While OnPrintShop is overall a powerful platform, there’s always room for improvement in terms of customization options for certain user interface elements. Some of the advanced features can be a bit complex for new users, requiring additional training or support to fully utilize. Streamlining these aspects could further enhance the overall user experience. No cons till date, if it there will surely update here to all users.
