Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This software is clunky and not user-friendly. It has been around for many years, which I guess is the only pro of the product. There is really very little to like about Microsoft Dynamics GP. It took some getting used to the screens and navigating the reports. Once you get them down, it's okay, but not the most user-friendly. Cons Navigation is not easy. Integrating external products requires an IT department and/or a third party consultant. As I mentioned above, the navigating is clunky, we have database issues often, requiring a reset of the web services app, and the reporting is difficult to extract.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Perfect Fit system works well across customer order processing, production, inventory management and accounting all with great customer service. If you have a question, call or email and you'll get an immediate answer, free of charge. When you add a new team member, they will do the same for that person, and the next one, and the next one. When the system doesn't fit our process perfectly or we want additional capabilities, the team is willing to do custom projects and tweaks to make it fit our needs at very reasonable prices. Been using for over 20 years and very satisfied. Support is excellent and they continue to add more features. Support is fast and excellent. The all-in-one system has proven to be excellent, handling tasks such as payroll, order entry, inventory, invoicing, and seamlessly integrating with our online web store. Customer support are easy to contact and helpful. Lots of reports and features in the program are very useful. Printed cut tickets, invoices and orders and clear and easy to read. I like how easy it is to use and love that it can be customize to our work needs. to make our task much faster. The customer support is very reliable and response time is great. Cons From time to time, we'll find glitchy reports (most likely ones that no one has used in some time). When reported, the team jumps on those glitches right away and let us know when they are fixed. When inventory goes in negative there can be a problem. I have only positive feedback about the software system; everything has been running smoothly so far. It takes a little time to learn- it is not exactly intuitive. There are no cons. This software is great for daily business needs.
