Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. I ordered a small part weighing in at 5 grams from a Dutch website. (a bicycle headset top cap if you must know). It's smaller than a matchbox in size. Their rates are much lower than the national postNL and I got a real mailbox in another country without leaving my seat. Cons Now they are claiming this is a "big sized parcel" and unless I pay their exorbitant monthly silver membership of €25, I can't even access it!!😠 Next, you'd think this wouldn't cost more than, say, €20 to send worldwide. But no, they consider this to be a parcel and so they apparently charge a flat fee of €54 credits (up to 2kg)!!!😡 So the minimum charge looks to be €79 to send anything to you outside Europe!!!!!🤬 The first time it is a bit confusing so you have to read the website as customer service only responds in case of problems (but everything is written on the website).		Pros from Real Users Pros PostScan Mail's service is user-friendly, facilitating the swift setup of our business's mailing address. What's more, their customer support is highly responsive and offers detailed instructions to address any queries promptly. The team at PostScan Mail are always available to help and provide simple instructions to help manage your mail and business easily. I always get my notifications on my PostScan Mail same day they receive it and whenever I choose to forward the mail, it gets done within 12-15 mins. It’s very convenient for me especially I’m living in South East Asia. I’ve been using their service for more than 2 years no and everything is great! I’ll definitely stick with PostScan Mail.
