Pros from Real Users Pros Incredibly easy to set up - in the span of 5 minutes we went from not even knowing about the product, to being fully set up and operational on it. Portal is simple and easy to navigate, with clear options. It provides a great ability to safeguard the data from getting stolen. You can remote lock and erase complete data with one click. Simple and powerful security for computers. DriveStrike provided us, not only with an excellent product that our team uses across many devices and regions, but their customer service was extremely prompt in replying to questions and provided us top notch support. This product has been added to our mandatory software setup for all our team.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cost is good. Allowed me to be able to restrict the use of employee devices as I needed to do to protect myself and my business. Great MDM software for doing a simple set up on Android devices. Contained all the features I needed. The seamless integration for our end users make this a perfect solution to manage our fleet of tablets. My Customer Success Manager could be contacted directly and made sure I was headed in the right direction and the customer service response was on point for the questions I had. We use this on a daily basis. It is easy to use and after understanding the nature and terminology of the MDM universe, the implementation was virtually pain free. The features included give us the tools we needed to manage our devices. Very easy to use. Very effective and reliable Reasonably priced also unlimited features and endless potential for maximizing your possibilities with you cc Ease and practicality of usage, instantaneous syncing of settings and higher security than native Apple iCloud services. Cons I had trouble learning this platform as a small business owner.I am still not able to send updates out to the devices unless they are back at our location. I have had to turn off Miradore, ask the employee to do something and then turn it back on again to get an update to work. I'm thinking this platform is more for an IT guy rather than a small business person. Can be limited in the amount of features offered but for simple use its great There is a learning curve to MDM software. It is not a shortcoming of Miradore. It is simply the nature of the technology. May take a few tries to execute properly. Could have more specific suggestions or information about targeted devices None. I sampled other platforms and concluded they were ranging from profoundly difficult to master to downright incomprehensible causing me to lose the desire to decipher. Advanced skills / Apple Developer credentials / Ubuntu Linux proficient here. Miradore is utterly fantastic.
