Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Really easy for our customers to use. We collect close to 200 waivers each month and were having trouble getting this done once the pandemic hit. The process has become more efficient than ever with OnTask. Being able to just send customers a link and have access to their forms after has been a game-changer for us. -Being able to find all signed waivers -The reminder feature so that we aren’t spending time chasing people down We had some trouble getting set-up at first, but the support team at OnTask helped me set up our workflows to get started. They were very responsive and checked in with me before we launched anything to make sure we were on the right track. Once you’re set up, it’s really easy to send forms. Getting HR documents completed with most of our employees working remote after COVID had become a struggle. OnTask has helped us immensely with this problem. Now we’re able to send a link out to employees to fill out their PTO requests and performance appraisals. This application has been easy to implement throughout our organization, and has sped up a lot of our processes. Creating the workflows has been easy, and our clients enjoy having the ability to sign their contracts digitally now. Cons -Setting up forms and workflows can be time-consuming if you don’t know your way around the product. -You have to have the business package for custom branded emails It can be overwhelming at first, but once you learn the basics it’s easy to navigate the platform. It took some time to get some of our team members on board for such a big process change, but now everyone is enjoying how easy it is. When we first started using the application there were some glitches, but the support team was great about helping us get them resolved in a timely manner.		Pros from Real Users Pros End-to-end document management, from printing to archiving, with all steps in between. I am constantly amazed at the thought and depth that goes into this product suite. I love all the useful features embedded in this software. Using rule files I can create custom forms and read/write data directly from/to BBx files from BASIS International. I can add documents to the archive and create cross-referenced links to other documents. I can even use the internal object-oriented programming to do more operations. Everything is spelled out nicely in the documentation and when I need help beyond that, I get timely answers through their support ticket system. I haven't had a chance to use the DocFlow document routing system yet, but look forward to it. Easy to use. Create the forms in MS Word and save as a PDF or PCL in minutes. Not sure what programmer needed this crap for, but it's biting us in the butt now. I suppose some small part of our solution uses it to generate reports of some kind. But likely better options exist now and likely existed when it was first made too. I like the flexibility the most, if you can dream it up in your head you can do it with UnForm. When I first started in using it in 2001 I installed the software, learned enough to be useful and was producing documents with it by the end of the first day. Since then I have used it for many clients, saving a lot of money on forms costs and eventually doing things we had never done before, such as document archiving. Unform is an all-in-one solution for document markup, archiving, scanning, and workflow. It's easy to program, robust, and the tools get better every version. Easy To Use and Very Flexible to setup in connection with Acumatica - easy installation wizard that allows deployment to users.
