You still have control to approve final versions before they download or print. Our customized brand portals are also connected to commercial print and mail workflows at Suttle-Straus, so end users can order marketing collateral, request new signage and trigger direct mail campaigns to their neighborhoods all using approved corporate templates.

Pros from Real Users Pros DocketManager is hosted externally and requires no internal hardware to host. The software is accessible online from any location. This allows me to work remotely and support multiple businesses. Business sales reps are also able to access it from their mobile devices, to check up on order workflow, create a quote on the spot, and send direct emails, with custom generated files, directly from the online system. The workflow is well designed, from when you create a quote, convert it into an order, as it runs through production, to when it's shipped. Each section of DocketManager has a straight forward user interface, that places content into locations where you would expect to find it. DocketManager also features an online ordering store functionality. This allows us to create custom online portals for clients. We are able to offer them an easy method for re-ordering generic material or to order custom variable data products. This system is really great as a MIS and a W2P combo, all in one package. They keep making improvements and updates do not cost anything. There is an online forum where DocketManager customers are able to make feature requests, and many of them are always chosen to be implemented into the next release. The software improves for the community, and there is great communication between the customers and DocketManager. - Simple to use - Very functional - Great GUI - Excellent support team - Built in customer portals are a huge bonus - Time saving Easy to use Excellent support Excellent Features and forums Easy to implement Nice training videos		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros High value and super creative content. Provides and delivers the highest quality work. Offers real value to marketers above and beyond our products and services by offering new ideas and advice to get the most value Assists in navigating new marketing techniques, offer ways to cut costs and boost returns. I like how great it has been working out we are using it more and more and always works out for us!!! Easy to use / able to find exactly what I'm looking for quickly and easily every time. Also easy to checkout. Easy to use for the average person and a great choice of products for most everything you would need. I was able to notice there were plentiful updates about the process as it was happening and thats ok! Cons Lengthy legal and compliance before completion of terms. I have no complaints I am always happy to use it and it has been a huge benefit for us. I like everything. The only option I'd add is to combine all ordering sites and combine them into one seamless site. The choice of products for safety is limited when looking for Telecommunications buildings. I cant really think of anything exactly that I would say I did not like.
