	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Last mile delivery management software. Real-time order updates. Easy to use. Support team is available 24/7. Real-time driver's location tracking. For my Gas agency, Trakop is the best solution I could get. I can manage my inventory in just a single screen and my customers are happy that they can schedule delivery as per their comfort timings. Managing orders quickly with Trakop resulted in increased revenue and quick deliveries. No time taking deliveries, no confusion in managing orders now. Minimized customer delivery queries by nearly 50%. Increased driver's productivity. Reduced failed deliveries and redeliveries. Auto-assignment of orders to delivery boy. Product catalog management. Collection of customer feedback. Multiple payment options. Real-time order updates. Employee management. Last-mile Delivery management solution. Cons I have not faced any issue in this software yet, whenever, I have any queries regarding this software, the support team is available to help 24/7. I do not find any negative point - everything worked for me. It's been a few months with Trakop, so far no issues. UI could be improved. No live tracking for drivers but could have been useful Can always add more features to improve customer's experience.
