	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've been using Routal Planner for route planning and optimization in my business, and it's been awesome! The service is top, and their support team is always there when you need them. The tool adapts perfectly to my needs, making my work so much easier The tool is very easy to use and when we have questions, their team is always available to help us :) Also, it has helped us a lot to reduce cancelled deliveries thanks to their notification functionality to our customers. We have been using Routal for a long time and we are very satisfied with the tool. They have shown a great capacity to adapt to the market, constantly adding new functionalities that improve user experience Easy to use once you understand the role of vehicles and how you want them to operate. Simple mapping and routes and the ability to instantly share this with drivers is good. Keeping our clients informed with real-time updates is effortless, and it's been instrumental in reducing failed deliveries, ensuring everything stays on track. Cons It's not the cheapest option out there, but honestly, the price is worth it for the quality you get We didn't find any negative points. For what we use it for, it works great At the moment, I can't find any negative points in the tool, as it perfectly meets all our needs. Struggled with optimising routings when using more than 2 vehicles, it probably does it, but i could not do it. It doesn't offer a free license like some competitors.
