Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We were partnering on an event in March of 2020 right as the pandemic started. They were extremely flexible as we transitioned a 2 day livestreamed in person meeting in Downtown DC into a condensed afternoon of programming broadcast from a makeshift studio in our HQ conference room. With about 2 weeks lead time and daily touch base calls, we were able to successfully engage with our community in a safe way given the developing concerns around travel and large gatherings. I like that the platform makes our captured content easy to market and sell. I also love the virtual event platform and the opportunities for engagement it provides to attendees. The platform is intuitive for our users as well! The virtual experience as an attendee is very clean and intuitive. The Digitell team were excellent and responsive. The virtual platform supports all parts of the conference experience and is user-friendly. The people at Digitell were pure professionals! They were wonderful to deal with, helpful, and very kind during the planning process. The platform was easy to use (even for someone with limited technical abilities). Any questions about the platform were answered promptly. One of their employees even offered a Zoom session to show me something that I just didn't understand. The final production looked extremely professional! We received so many compliments about the event. People enjoyed not only the look of the production, but also the interactive piece of it, which happened live. We use Digitell to run and host our webinar series, and in the past have used them to live stream and capture content from our meetings. In both cases, the service we have received from Digitell is far beyond the norm -- everyone in their organization seems to have bought in to their strong customer service ethos. Each event that we produce with Digitell runs smoothly and efficiently thanks to the dedicated team. Moreover, the staff is always more than willing to brainstorm with us and always contribute thoughtful, reasoned ideas. Cons In years past, some of the internal clients we serve at my organization perceived the requirement to register to access content as a barrier to participation. As the planner, my team understands this is industry standard, is an important security measure, and it additionally allows for high quality data, but it is regular feedback we received from the events we support using Digitell's platform. This feedback doesn't ultimately change our decision to continue partnering with Digitell, and I expect this feedback to lessen post-pandemic now that more people are familiar with hybrid and virtual event norms. I can't think of anything I would consider a con at this time. The interface on the backend isn't very intuitive and more training is needed to really be independent in using it. I would have like to be able to do more things myself rather than having to ask Digitell staff to do it for me. If more training were offered that would be helpful. There was nothing about Digitell that I viewed as a con. Content management system is extensive and not particularly intuitive, but they are always immediately responsive to questions so it's not a huge issue.		Pros from Real Users Pros Ease of use. I can now use other cameras and other switcher devices for even more seamless live streaming and taping of our church services Mobile, Easy to learn, Full of with the must features that a livestream requires, Touch Screen Interface Sleek, dynamic app design; reliable, stable UI; LOTS of dynamic, sophisticated ways to polish the little details. Support team is exceptionally communicative and leadership listens carefully to user feedback. Very easy to connect remote cameras. Multistreaming, horizontal/vertical video options and enhanced video call-in experiences have made a great product even greater. I really like the ability to have multiple cameras to choose from without having to have multiple camera operators - the DJI integration makes it even better. I also like the WIFI connectivity, allowing me to place my cameras in the best position without having to worry about getting wires to them or wires being in walkways or aesthetically intrusive. I really enjoyed the like for like familiarity. Having a powerful processor helped to have a much slicker environment to interact with, which meant importing assets, adding sources and more felt much faster than the iPad Pro counterpart. Recording video and live-streaming felt just as natural and familiar as I was used to having on iOS. There’s also scope for much more connectivity on Mac OS and I look forward to seeing how the app grows in the Apple ecosystem. When Covid started, I wasn’t able to have people come to my podcast studio and faced an immense challenge. I needed to become mobile. I looked far and wide for alternatives and I was not satisfied with some of my options. I found switcher studio and it completely changed my business. I’m able to produce extremely high quality production, fast, efficiently and convenient for my clients. I could show up to them, set up and give him a full broadcast that would have taken several hours and thousands of dollars. I use switcher studio in every production i do and it has completely changed my quality of life and the life of my family and business. Thank you!
