Pros from Real Users Pros Very user friendly and let the user perform many tasks that other platforms do not allow. Easy download of documents and metadata. DWR is extremely user friendly and has multiple functions that make it easy and fast to review and find documents. The best part of DWR are the individuals that help guide you through the program and provide you with instructions, guidance and support. The support is amazing and better than any other program like DWR that I (or my firm) has used in the past.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, loads quickly! Excellent customer service!! Well designed by Tom and his team. I looked at this years ago and my staff encouraged me to switch. I should have listed to them! Cons None that we've found so far! The company is very responsive. We submitted a feature request and it was implemented in a day. How much better could it get?
