About

DevArmor is an application security platform built for modern engineering and security teams. Instead of scanning for vulnerabilities only after code is written, DevArmor works earlier in the process — automating threat modeling and embedding secure-by-design practices directly into how teams build software. This helps organizations identify architectural and design-level risks early, where they're cheapest and easiest to fix. DevArmor is designed to fit the way engineers already work, so security becomes part of the development lifecycle rather than a bottleneck at the end. It gives security teams visibility into design risk across their applications while empowering developers to make secure decisions without needing to be security experts. With growing coverage for modern stacks — including AI-powered components — DevArmor supports AppSec, DevSecOps, and shift-left initiatives across the software development lifecycle.

About

Eureka is a cloud-based application security and DevSecOps platform for software development teams. It checks code, dependencies, exposed secrets, and software-supply-chain risks, and accepts supported scanner output and SARIF results. The platform consolidates findings, removes duplicates, prioritizes them with application context, and tracks ownership, remediation, validation, approvals, and risk decisions. Teams can connect code repositories, issue trackers, and CI/CD workflows, linking findings to tickets and pull requests. Eureka preserves activity and decision history to help prepare application-security evidence for customer security reviews, audits, and regulated software documentation. It is designed for engineering and security teams that want to establish or operate an AppSec process without assembling scanner integrations and evidence workflows themselves.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • DevArmor made threat modeling something our engineers actually do instead of avoid. Instead of a one-off exercise before a big release, it runs continuously as our architecture changes, so we catch design flaws while they're still cheap to fix. Setup was quicker than expected, and the fact that developers don't need to be security experts to use it has been huge for adoption on our team. The AI/agentic coverage was a deciding factor for us, it flagged trust-boundary and data-flow risks in our LLM features that our existing scanners completely missed.

Cons

  • There's a learning curve in the first couple of weeks as you tune it to your stack and get the team into the habit. We have a list of integrations that we would love to see in the product.
