Pros

• I first purchased a Shift subscription to help with managing multiple inboxes. This is mostly how I still use the product and it makes my work life so much easier. No messy switching!
• Shift has helped me reduce the digital clutter that used to slow me down. Instead of juggling multiple tabs, logins, and windows, I can now keep everything I need in one place. It feels good to open my computer and not be met with chaos. I especially appreciate how easy it is to toggle between email accounts and apps without losing focus or getting derailed by distractions. It’s a small shift (no pun intended) that’s made my workday feel calmer and more intentional.
• Shift simplifies my workflow by bringing together my email accounts and other apps in one spot. It’s intuitive to use, and I like how it keeps everything organized so I’m not constantly switching tabs or windows. It saves time and helps me stay focused.
• I can manage easily all 8 of my work emails from a single desktop app on my Mac. Plus I can add many of the other apps that we use on a daily basis to a workspace.
• Easy view of multiple emails, calendars and access to apps/programs connected to that email/login. Seeing a unified calendar. A count of how many unread emails in each email. Allows me to keep everything in its place, not having multiple browser open. Overall, ease of implementation and use.
• I love how Shift brings together all of my most-used tools so I can stay focused and work without getting distracted. It makes switching between email, task managers, my calendar, and notes easy and seamless. I also appreciate that I can stay signed in and not have to keep logging in and out.
• Always signed into email, cal, g-suite for all my accounts simultaneously. Super super efficiency and easy across work, personal, alumni, etc.
• I appreciate the ability to combine all my email accounts into one location, as well as most of the software I use, which streamlines both my workday and my personal time online. Shift has been a game changer in that way, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing that organizing shift in their life.
• Managing several business themes and online identities can be tiring when switching between Google accounts and Google drive workflows, Shift makes this a breeze.
• The reason I use Shift is that instead of having to continually switch windows to access a number of different apps and tabs in my browser, I access 90% of what I use daily in one app. It allows me to be more efficient and all my applications and their alerts are in one place.
