Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros all the features are there, some what easy to learn, much shorter learning curve than others, Wizards make it easy to set up a project. Low cost and no subscription needed. Simple to use - the wizards really take the guesswork out of things for beginners. Scaleable - you can be as much in control of the process as you wish for, so it grows well with you as you grow in confidence Cons UI is a bit dated. Really no cons once you get used to the layout I am unhappy that they have only just released the V-Carve solution. I have not yet upgraded to the Version 8 that incorporates this, as I have got used to making do with FEngrave. This would have been a nice to have before trying to go the hard route. I understand that tool paths can be broken, it would be nice (but potentially impossible to predict) to know this before embarking on a visualisation that just sits doing nothing for hours. Note I am still on V7, so this may be addressed in V8	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is very versatile. The software had an add on for just about anything you could need. I like that every year it gets an extensive update, not just a token. Cons The learning curve. It is not the most user friendly.
