Automated reminders for appointments and follow-ups, reducing the risk of missed appointments and improving patient compliance. Comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities, allowing for data-driven decision making and better management of resources. I can handle everything in all my clinic branches with Dentolize like patients files, finance ,communication, clinic expenses, analytics and a lot of other things :) Wonderful user experience (ease of use and tons of valuable features). Saves tons of time and prevents human error. Everything is scheduled and handled through one window. Mobile application is so fast and handy. This software helped me manage all the aspects of the clinic and it was very easy for my staff to start using it, mobile app is a deal breaker as well. Cons require staff training. Dependence on technology can lead to disruptions in workflow and patient care in case of system failures. System upgrades and maintenance can be costly and time-consuming. Customization of the system to fit specific needs may not be possible. I hope there will be a different theme or style for the system. Requires team work in the clinic to be 100% beneficial. I was worried about changing my old software but they helped me with the migration.
