Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was struggling badly to get my notes done on a daily basis, and DeepScribe has made it so much easier. Representatives are very responsive and helpful when we have issues or questions. They were very proactive in finding a way to work with our medical software. Has drastically reduced my charting time being able to create my own macros is amazing and allows for me to customize my charting depending on the type of Patient the customer service is absolutely wonderful they always respond immediately to any concerns I have. Cons There are sometimes transcription errors, and it's not capable of writing therapy notes. Only con would be there is not a direct integration with our software but they have found a way for it to work. In the beginning there was some lag time on getting the charts Completed by the scribe system however that has been completely resolved the only other issue I can see would be that it doesn’t pick up when the patient has a very soft voice but that’s not their fault.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Time saving, it eliminates time spent on re-edits, you generally end up finishing notes fast. The accuracy of this system surpasses any existing solutions, particularly across 35 or more medical specialties. It is remarkable how effectively it achieves this, and I can confidently state that such results would be unattainable without the integration of AI components. By simply adjusting a setting, the system seamlessly adapts to your specific specialty. The simplicity of the setup process is also noteworthy; it features a one-click download and installation, allowing to test dictation immediately with whatever setup you have. This is truly impressive. VB Virtual scribe, (the medical iOS AI scribe which automatically generates SOAP notes) on the power plan definitely adds the much needed flare and gives it a premium feel. You can effortlessly dictate the complete details of your encounter notes, which will then be readily available on your desktop via web. Additionally, you will receive accurate billing codes in real-time and valuable clinical insights from the said encounters, ultimately enhancing your proficiency as a healthcare provider. I am truly impressed. Love the simplicity of using it. Was able to get started in 10 mins. Transcription quality is pretty good. Cons VoiceboxMD Mobile app adds a lot of confusion in the mix, what is it for? Their support said it is good for for when using it with Premium features like doctor-patient comprehension and so on while paying $139/month. VB Virtual scribe on the other hand is a lot better included in the power plan at $79. Using templates is kinda iffy. They work about 80% of time, which is kinda annoying. Anyways I don’t use templates that much.
