Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was struggling badly to get my notes done on a daily basis, and DeepScribe has made it so much easier. Representatives are very responsive and helpful when we have issues or questions. They were very proactive in finding a way to work with our medical software. Has drastically reduced my charting time being able to create my own macros is amazing and allows for me to customize my charting depending on the type of Patient the customer service is absolutely wonderful they always respond immediately to any concerns I have. Cons There are sometimes transcription errors, and it's not capable of writing therapy notes. Only con would be there is not a direct integration with our software but they have found a way for it to work. In the beginning there was some lag time on getting the charts Completed by the scribe system however that has been completely resolved the only other issue I can see would be that it doesn’t pick up when the patient has a very soft voice but that’s not their fault.
