Scytec DataXchange is a Cloud and On-Premise OEE and analytic manufacturing machine monitoring system, and so much more. DataXchange increases overall equipment effectiveness, utilization and shop floor productivity through the use of innovative IIoT technology. DataXchange is compatible with a wide variety of manufacturing machines including CNC’s, PLC’s, robots, welders, and manual machines. Custom shop floor data entry rules can be created to automatically collect shop floor data from a wired or wireless connection on MTConnect, Fanuc FOCAS and OPC UA based machines as well as older and manual machines. As the machine data is collected, DataXchange has all the OEE reports, charts, dashboards and notifications you need to analyze the information in a meaningful way as well as triggering notifications, meeting the manufacturing data collection needs of small facilities as well as multi-site enterprise level operations.

Epicor Advanced MES is a manufacturing execution system that is suited to plastic molders, repetitive manufacturers and those with an assembly process involving multiple machines. It is designed to help floor operators to monitor and optimize their plant operations.
Advanced MES helps manufacturers monitor and control their business with real-time plant and machinery information. The system enables users to identify inefficient resource allocations to find new capacity within the business. It also helps to track machine downtime and record scrap and material wastage in every production cycle.
The software offers visibility into operations, real-time scheduling and process monitoring. Users can monitor up to 100,000 cycles and can see production details and descriptors. Maintenance teams can also access machine condition reports to plan preventive maintenance. Advanced MES offers integrations with accounting and manufacturing estimating capabilities.

Pricing
$45/month
The pricing for Scytec DataXchange is straight forward and simple. There is a one-time Account Activation fee per account and then a monthly fee per piece of equipment. Discounts are applied for an annual or a multi-year agreement in addition to volume discounts which start at 10 pieces of equipment. When moving up from one license level to another only the difference between the two activation fees is due.
